Lyons): In 2003, a document was developed that identified collaborations of core partners and included a limited environmental scan of provincial tobacco, nutrition, physical activity and alcohol efforts OCDPA contracted Cancer Care Ontario to update collaboration work and expand the environmental scan (May-July 2005) Project manager assigned (C.
