Registration Information

Registrations will be processed online on a first-come, first-served basis.
Space is limited, so please register as early as possible.

Early Bird

To take advantage of the early bird reduced fees, you must register by 5 p.m. on Friday, September 21, 2007.

General

Online registration will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Friday, November 2, 2007. After that date, please register on-site at the conference.

On-Site

The on-site registration desk will be open from 5 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, November 18 and at 7 a.m. on Monday, November 19 and 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 20-21, 2007.

Please note that concurrent session and poster presenters are required to pay conference registration fees.

Payment

Full payment must be submitted with your registration. Please ensure that the credit card information is completed in full. Payment can be made by cheque, however you still must register online and select the cheque payment option.

Cheques are payable to the Ontario Public Health Association. If you are paying by cheque, please mail your cheque, along with the invoice that you will be asked to print as part of the registration process, to :

Shared Registrations

Please note that OPHA is unable to track or coordinate shared registrations. Delegates who wish to share are responsible for making their own arrangements. One registration package will be provided per paid registration.

If you are looking to make changes to an existing registration, please go to the Registration Login page, and click on “Login” link on the left side navigation bar. Enter the username and password that was emailed to you immediately after you registered for the conference.
